This location used to be great. Back in high school my friends and I used to frequent it and always loved it. It had great food, quick service, and everything always came out the way it should. I think they must have changed management or something because none of the previously mentioned things are true anymore. My orders always take forever to come out, are barely correct, and most of the time are either cold or melted (both drive thru and dine in). Most of the staff don’t seem to care either. Such a shame as this used to be one of my favorite spots.

The first time we went there, the service was horrible: slow and messy. After taking the order of the client in front of us, despite having a whole team working on the clients' orders, the employee waited to give the guy in front of us before taking our order (5-7 minutes). Then, he finally took our order, making us repeat 2-3 times AND making a mistake in it anyway. After correcting the order, we waited 15 minutes beside the counter to get part of it (burgers and fries). We were still waiting on our Blizzards, which came another 5 minutes later. I was on the impression that the employees were spending more time talking together than doing what needed to be done. There didn't seem to be any manager around either. When we finally got our Blizzards, the guy asked if we wanted covers. He put it on and it made a mess because it was too full. He kinda wiped it, but there was still some ice cream all over. The food was only okay, it filled out stomach, but we cannot say it was that good. Later, we decided to give it another chance. We were still disappointed by the service and the food, so it is very unlikely that we will go again.

After going to another Dairy Queen and finding out that they had already closed their grill I was very disappointed. But luckily this Dairy Queen was open! I called ahead to make sure that they hadn’t closed their grill and turns out they don’t close their grill until closing! And everyone was so polite! The best Dairy Queen I’ve been too!

I would give this a zero if they would let me.  Waited 17 minutes for my order, which was brought out in 3 trips.  The hot food was cold and the ice cream melted.  Won't be going back here.  I agree with the other reviews this was a good place, but not anymore.

Good treats. 1 of 3 items not made without a reminder. No clean tables while a staff meeting of 6 occurred. Cleaned our table on request but no one cleaned any other tables for the 30 minutes we were there.
