I just went there and I order 3 xxl cotton candy blizzards. (1 of my favorite blizzards) went to drive threw.did take a little bit of time to receive my order. Not a huge problem. I didn't receive a receipt for items. also all 3 blizzards weren't flipped upside down before giving the blizzards to myself. I asked since they weren't flipped upside down arent i suppose to get 3 free. (The response i got was 1 will be free. Next time I come just to say I get a free blizzard..) i hope there wont be a problem next time i ask for the free blizzard.i was under the impression that all blizzards are free if not flipped upside down in front of customer..

I feel like I get skimped on blizzard fillings. and not enough caramel in the buster bars. Cutting corners? I will reassess this review when they turn it around.

My husband has a severe nut allergy. We always tell them when we order. He ordered an Ultimate Brownie Blizzard and when we got the order found out they gave him a Carmel Pecan Blizzard. I spoke to a manager and she brushed it off saying someone new probably just screwed it up. I explained the allergy and how dangerous it is and she said they don't wash equipment between Blizzard's and items are always contaminated. She refused to refund us and said it really wasn't their problem as it was a simple mistake.

Horrible employees. Food is never consistent. Also. They won't adjust prices if you would like a shake instead of a sofa with ur meal but they won't tell you that. I asked for a frappe in place of soda as well as a sundae with the 5 buck lunch and she charged for the full price of the meal deal and then for the frappe but kept the drink and the sundae.

Definitely one of, but not quite "the most favorite" out of all fast foods.. I will give them a four star *🌟🌟🌟🌟* and not give specifically because they're food is always so spendy.. they do have the 5$ meal deal which is a sandwich fries soda and a sundae to top it all off. && Is there reason it has four****star counteracting the weight
