**We found a roach in our food!!!** My husband ordered us and our kids a 10 piece chicken strip basket they had it out really fast. We go to eat it and the fries were soggy and cold, the chicken was old and hard. On top of that we found a cockroach in with the food!!! I call up there I had to talk to the cook thinking I was talking to the manager who said that I was lying about how the food was! Then I talked to the manager and he seemed like he didn't even care.

The food was cold, had hard buns, and hard chicken strips. They took forever with my food while waiting I hear giggling and playing around in the back. The food didn’t taste very appetizing.All to say I have a very bad experience at Dairy Queen today 10-28-22

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Worst customer service. The speaker on the drive thru must not be working because either the CSR was saying he couldn’t hear us or we were to loud. I asked for the blizzard of the Month stated on the menu, which was a Caramel Fudge Cheesecake blizzard, he had to go ask what it was then proceeded to give me a Reese’s take 5 blizzard. Either they need to be trained correctly or the signs need to be updated. Also, no name tag but the man who took our order was dressed horrible. Pants hanging off his rear and he was so rude and uncaring. Do better. We spent over $50 and worst experience at a Fast Food place I’ve had in a while.

Very clean and the kid that took my order his name was Lorenzo was so patient and carrying when he put my order in and so respectful! I admire that. You don't see that in many teenagers anymore.

Food was good  Service is helpful. Took a little long to recieve my food but was great.

We arrived at about 7:30pm. The staff was all very rude with no customer service. We ordered two burger combos , steak finger combo, kid’s cheeseburger and onion rings. The only thing that was fresh was the onion rings. The rest of the food was barely warm, fries were super stale. The steak fingers were not hot or didn’t seem deep fried at all. Everything was dried out . We asked for a burger to replace our steak fingers and you could tell that it wasn’t fresh off the grill. We asked for new fries and they were better. The gravy was thick and cold it wasn’t even warm. Only reason they’re getting 1 star is because i can’t  give a negative star.  Shortly after we arrived a group of more customers came in i sure do hope they received a fresh batch of food because we sure didn’t.

7:20 pm at Hereford Texas Dairy Queen  drive up. Ordered 2 Hunger Busters. Ready in less than 3 minutes. I started to drive off and checked my order which was stone cold. I drove back around to the window and asked how long ago they were cooked and was told about 7 minutes ago. I was the only customer. NEVER GOING BACK!!

Fries were cold this trip usually no issues

Let's get this straight...... I love dairy Queen it's just that they take to long to get our orders and to bring them to us. No I'm not impatient it's just that they take one order at a time. They take the order then they charge you then you pay and you wait then they do the same thing to the next car. That might sound good but after five orders all of your food or ice cream is cold or mealted and one time they had to go car to car asking what they got and everyone was outside and yelling who gets what. It's crazy and they should do a better job
