I tried Jalitos from Dairy Queen today. The menu photograph presented the product as golden on the outside and a hint of green showing through which represented the jalapeno. I paid approximately $3.50 + tax. I had told the supervisor that I had experienced bad oil taste on their fries and steak fingers on several separate visits about five years ago and asked if there oil was new. He specifically said they had "just changed their oil" and that he was cooking "fresh Jalitos for me." Once home,, I saw the product I had received, was black and burnt. It resembled crispy logs on an old campfire. When I attempted to try one I literally tasted the overdone, chared product and bad oil. My experience with the Palo Pinto Dairy Queen, multiple times, has consistently been pathetic.
When I asked the employee for ranch the reply to me was "did you order a basket". After replying no I was told by what looked like some kind of manager that I could not get a ranch unless I had a basket or if I paid for it separately. I was willing to pay for it but when they responded to me the way they did I decided that needed that ranch more then I did. We ordered burgers and 3 out of the 4 were old dried out burnt meat. I will not return.
The inside was closed and the drive thru line was very backed up but it moved fast. The employees were very nice and food was very hot and delicious
Ordered the Hunger Buster combo..had to pull around and wait for it...Which I don't mind...but the meat and bun were really really dry and fries were so over cooked you could not barely bite into them..worst Dairy Queen experience ever!
Was asked to pull around after I ordered only to have an employee with a red car and black goatee block the driveway and start cussing at me and threatened me with physical violence. I wanted to drive off, but I was blocked in the drive-thru. Never go to this location. At least not without a gun.
We had a footlong chili cheese dog and fritz pie and food was very delicious and reasonably priced. No waiting and very friendly employees.Food: 5/5
Manager says he does not honor any national TV specials nor coupons from mailbox. The food is good — has the regular DQ items at full price only!
My dad parked and accidently parked and blocked one of the exits right next to the other one. So the manager came out and throwing a fit and screaming at my dad. Honestly very disrespectful my dad is a 76 year old veteran, the manager has no respect for fellow humans.
This has to be one of the best dairy Queens I have ever been to. The lady who works the drive-thru is very good at the job that she does. She pays attention to every request. So far the drinks and the banana split that I have received were absolutely delicious and worth every penny. I will continue to stop in periodically as I get the munchies for banana splits and drinks. Thank you very much!
Blizzard didn’t have hardly any Oreos Took forever to get food They had no idea how to use the DQ app
