Wow.... i ran a dq for 6 years. Never have i been to a place where is took 45 minutes!!! To get 2 waffle comes and 2 banana splits in a parking lot of 4 people.... plus i dont know if this person worked there or what but a female in a black suv kept speeding around in the drive through harassing the employees and parked by one of the employees cars after racing out from around the building and almost hitting the curb... i will never return here.

Horrible customer service ...The lady working drive through on 5/25 should never work in customer service of any kind horrible attitude. I hv called corporate an left a msg as well...If she doesn't wanna work get her out......She gives dairy a bad look with that nasty attitude serving the public....

Needs work .the staff can never seem to get your order correct .. i went there to get ice cream ( which i figured they were known for ) was asked to pull forward ..  3 different car hops came and attempted to bring we 3 different orders. . All.of which were incorrect ...once i finally got my ice cream it was melted ..

Other review is spot on. Terrible service and extra high prices for not alot of food and questionable food quality.  Dilly bars in the freezer for purchase are 6 for 10 freaking dollars!!! We will never come to this establishment again and will tell everyone I know the same thing. There is a small DQ in Duncanville that blows this place away.

They need to pay more attention to what they are doing, I ordered the steak fingers and got chicken fingers twice on two separate occasions.
