I went there on 9/4/17 it was about 3 people ahead of me and a lady and her 2 kids behind me. While still assisting the man in front of me, the worker proceeded to say next without making any eye contact as he's still gathering a customers order. I didn't move simply because the man he was helping was still standing in front of me waiting to get his ice cream. The worker then proceeded to yell Next, twice before looking at me with an attitude. I told him "how can you help me if you're still assisting the man in front of me. I'm not about to walk up behind someone and talk over them and their ice cream. It's rude!!!!!" I understand the space is small. but they need to figure out a better system to take orders from customers. It's nasty and disgusting when you have your ice creams in front you and a complete stranger is talking over over placing their order. That is not sanitary.

Ice cream great. Workers fast and happy. Gloves would have been nice, money then into buckets.

Not so pleasant workers (bunch of teens on their phones) God forbid you interupt them! Service is Slow. No greetings, no have have a nice day/evening. Blah. Will take my $ to Carvels in Fairlawn (much more pleasant/professional)

super crowded on a Thursday night? it wreaked of bathroom cleaner to the point of wanting to leave if there had been another  option.  There were so many people we couldn't stand inside inside and therefore couldn't read the menu before getting to the cashier and then ended up feeling rushed and pressured to pick something and get out of the way.
