how do I give less than one star?? I'm a big DQ fan, but this place... Frozen Hot Chocolates are super easy to make. Fill the cup up with slushy ice to the fill line, then add cocoa fudge, then add the soft serve and blend. I'd be surprised if the staff at this location can even do the signature curl on the cone

Very disappointed with my visit tonight. 4/7/17. I ordered 3 blizzards and not once did I receive a smile or a "have a nice day" from anyone behind the slamming glass window at the drive through. Once I got home I took a look at the blizzards. One of them was just vanilla ice cream and all the toppings were at the bottom of the cup. The second blizzard was halfway full and the third one was just a mess. My Aunt said it looked like someone was eating out of it. Between the quality of product and the attitude of the staff I will never return to this location. It's sad that there are so many similar reviews for this location and yet no changes. Management at its best. *Sarcasm*

I was just here with my two kids whom i had promised chocolate ice cream. After waiting forever for the one car ahead of me in the drive through, I was told by a snotty teenager guy that they did not have chocolate ice cream at this location. That kind of caught me off guard. I said, "I've gotten chocolate ice cream here in the past"... Then I say, "You mean you are out of chocolate ice cream, right?". I hear giggling, then someone else has to get on the speaker and ask for my order. After I change my order to vanilla, and wait forever again. I pull up to the window. I am offered no apologies, by the giggling teens who seem to be in charge of this store. What a joke, next time I will drive to a further DQ, where I know I will get better service.

The line at the drive-thru took 14 minutes to wait for one car ahead of us and once we finally got up to the window, the person working did not apologize and was snickering both times he quickly opened and shut the window. I understand that things happen and possibly take time, but a simple apology and kindness would have gone a long way. This is not the first time that the service has taken a very long time at this location.
