To many flies had to take our food home manager was very nice said she could not spray at the time am not sure if I eat there again

The two who took my order were very sweet and helpful. I happened to make a comment about the car behind me being a little too loud and found out quite readily who they were married to because they were cooking. That's the only reason my scoring was this low, don't make a customer feel awkward for simply pointing something out and being a little snide in the process. It almost made me not want to come back for what I ordered.

The food was good, but the bathrooms looked like a tornado went through there and no one cleaned up after it.

Flies, heat, slow, melty blizzard. I hate to put a place down; it was open and there were quite a lot of town and road crew folks there for lunch. But the place needs a good shot in the arm to bring up the quality to expected DQ standards. 1) get rid of flies in the restock and dining areas. 2) fix the blizzard machine (clerks were saying it's busted lots of times). 3) train staff properly (register, food handling, machine use, expediting orders). It's a great location, just needs business zest.

With the bad weather, they had just restored power and weren't ready to serve anything just yet because I pulled up right at opening time......but they allowed me to use their restroom!! That alone deserves 4 stars.
