Sat in the drive-thru after ordering for 20 minutes before flagging someone down through the window. She said "Oh, we had a cook call out and there was a large group inside..." When i pointed out she hadn't bothered to let us know that and just left us cooking in the Texas heat all she said was "sorry bout that." And our food still wasn't ready at that point. We got our money back and left. No offer to comp our food, just, "Sorry." 

Lacking in customer service, organization and efficiency. Can't speak to the food quality, as we never got to eat anything. This store needs a new manager or owner for sure.

By 7:30 their phones off the hook so you can't do a call in order even though they're open till 10 they wrap their burgers very messy they build their burger is Messi not happy about that

The girls that work there like to fight with other food ok it be alotbetter breskfest.

They had a very long line in drive thru but it that didn't bother me it was the ride attitude at window. Handed me a receipt and looked all aggravated as I was reading it before signing. Just passing thru but def won't stop on return trip. On and smile people..that helps
