Everyone is very friendly and kind, the location is clean and they do a very extensive job on the exams etc. The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is that both times I've been they've been running behind and I've waited at least 30 minutes to be taken to the back and then a bit longer while waiting in the chair. Not a huge deal the first time but the second time suggests a pattern of maybe not scheduling quite enough time for everyone. Would definitely be a 5 star experience if that changed (or I could have just been unlucky twice :))

The staff at Dakota Family Dental is very competent and knowledgeable about dentistry. Personally, I think this is the best dentist office I have ever been to. I highly recommend Dakota Family Dental and Dr. Friedman!

Probably the most thorough dental exam I've ever had. Considering I would almost rather have major surgery than spend an hour in a dentist chair-it went quite well. Dr Friedman is very patient and careful with her explanations. Very pleased.

The staff at Dakota Family Dental do a great job explaining everything after my visits. The check in / check out process is simple and it is always easy to set my next appointment with them.

This practice is amazing. When they take you back, the nurses greet you with smiles and treat you like family, they sit you in the chair, they take your glasses, your coat, whatever. They help you relax, they explain what they are gonna do for the day, and what the overall plan is. I also look forward to my visits here!
