Both times my server was borderline unfriendly, as if I shouldn't be there. 
First time the food was perfect, crispy hash browns and toast and the eggs were just ivert easy and runny. Second visit my toast was almost soggy and my eggs were over cooked, all the yolk had set. This point frustrates me personally.
The appearance and cleanliness are all standard and week kept up. 
Speed of service was good too.

Wow, talk about a let down. So many 4 star reviews. No idea how that is possible. In 18 minutes i was seated, ordered, served a salad and French dip, water showed up at the end and a ticket slapped on the table. 4 tables were occupied and they rush you out faster than you can say I should have gotten gas station food. Horrible french dip because of the soft UNTOASTED bread. Touch it to the aujus and the bread fell off in the bowl. 2 stars because they are quick on getting food out, it just isn't quality food. It was $12 for a tiny French dip, no fries, and a salad with a thimble amount of dressing.

A solid diner experience. Nice decor, reasonable prices, generous portions, friendly staff. A good stop in small towns.
