It's was a good way to lose track of time.
The rooms are nice and roomy.
Honestly, I was rather disappointed to find that the room had not been cleaned very well.
I would of been more comfortable with my stay if the housekeeping could of picked-up the trash left behind and vacuumed , a clean room should always be a priority.
Other then that I thought the casino was looking pretty nice considering the construction .

The buffet serves good food, the restaurant does too but not consistently. lounge usually has good live music on the weekends and the staff is friendly.  The gaming floor offers a nice variety. The concerts/events are usually awesome, just be prepared to wait in line to get a drink.

Love the buffet! Great food, great staff, great price. The casino side is more like 3 Stars ... the slot machines are too tight!!! I have not left there a winner  except only ONE TIME in 10 visits, and then it was a $10 win. That's simply too tight! Casinos in Kansas, Iowa and Minnesota have much looser slots, with higher winning %'s, no matter what Dakota Magic has posted on the wall detailing winning %'s there.

Very friendly and helpful staff in both the casino and the hotel. Rooms were okay, nothing special. Food in the deli was very good. Gaming had many slot machines to pick from and I even made money. I'll be back.

I'd like to see a lot more slot machines. Food is great at the buffet wish I could have tried the cafe. And the staff at the casino it's terrific kind and welcoming. They are very willing to help and if you're playing blackjack or whatever game they make a good conversation
