I purchased a vehicle for my mother in law a couple of years ago.  The experience and the car were “OK”.  Walked in today trying to find an all wheel drive for my daughter.  Told him I was there to buy a car.  He replied, “I’m not starting a damn thing today unless you have cash in hand”.   I was so taken aback and insulted by his unprofessional attitude I will never go back there.

Bought a Ford Escape from here and couldn't be happier.  Yes, it had problems but it was used and I don't blame the seller for selling a used car for the right price.  Nothing was hidden in the agreement and Loren was great to talk to.

I was looking at a ford explorer and everything was on the up and up. He was very honest about the vehicle history and nearly half a year later I have had no 
issues.
