I love Dakota park... Jason and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They show compassion to and for their residents and potential residents. Staff works very hard to keep the building clean 😊. This is a great place to live for singles and families. Everyone I know of in need of a place to stay I recommend Dakota park I absolutely love this place. I enjoy coming home from a hards day of work . Thank you Dakota park for making me feel welcome 😊

Amazing place to rent from! Jason and his team are the best in Fargo! Edit - This place continues to blow my mind as far as how they treat you as a renter. I meant to do this edit back in October, and for that I am sorry because they really deserve it. I have rented from this place for over 3 years now I believe. I have not had a single situation where I feel like I received less than impeccable service and treatment. I even just recently had the light bulb right in front of my front door burn out, and before I got a hold of them to tell them about it they already had it replaced. If you are looking for a rental place in the Fargo-Moorhead area and you want to gather info about this place, get ahold of me and I will give you the best advice that I can. I have rented from multiple places in town and can vouch for the fact that this place has been the best and so far above the rest that I do not feel motivated to look for anything else. The air conditioning is through the forced air system so you don't have an air conditioner in a wall that makes one room super cold and using 5 fans to get the rest of the apartment cool. The maintenance team is absolutely phenomenal. I have had only a limited amount of problems, but they are always resolved timely and they have never had to come back to re-fix something. The office staff is both understanding and approachable. They do not cast the feeling that they are above you or that you cannot talk to them about any situation. If you are looking into apartments and you feel that the price of these apartments seem kind of high, get ahold of me and I can show you why this place is the place to live.

After living in Fargo for 3 years and having rented from past landlords who seemingly couldnt care less about me or issues that needed to repaired at the apartment. I came across Dakota park apartments where I have had a much better experience. There is a friendly community here and it is a very quiet location. Central A.C. and heating is quite amazing to have with only a small handfull of apartments having it. Only utilities you have to pay are electric and internet/cable tv. As far as I know this is one of the few locations where they offer service from nearly any provider in the area(consolidated,702,midco,qwest,cable one)
