The office staff is rude and incompetent. We arrive on time and pay promptly. My daughter has been coming to this office for injections. It is told to them each time she makes her appointments what she's being seen for. Today she was scheduled for an injection and I might add must be on a regular schedule. She was on her lunch break from work and had to drive quite far to her appointment only to be seen not by the practioner she normally sees and of which made an appointment with, but an MA and the MA didn't know what she was there for. My daughter explained. Before my daughter called the office to tell her predicament of running late. They told her to come to the office to reschedule! She needed the appointment (the injection) and she's told to come in the office to reschedule while she's racing to get there for her appointment?! This made absolutely no sense!! She's near tears waiting in the examing room. This office needs a lot of training in customer service!! There have been so many incidents that should not have occurred. I received a ridiculous letter from Dr. Westrom. His office manager was very rude and unprofessional to me but yet I get this ridiculous letter from him. The medical staff we have no problems with. But, the office staff such horrible customer service!! Unprofessional!! With all of the complaints you would think they'd change these situations to better serve their patients. They don't seem to care!!

Received a very prompt response and the doctor prescribe me the medicine asap. I am a fine.

if you go here see a different doctor! Not Westrom! On first visit he missed freezing at least one of my lesions (got the area near it but not over it.. omg). None of the 6 areas he froze went away. I returned to have them reexamined and retreated. He admitted he couldn't see the worst one! No special lights or magnifiers were used. I could feel the bump with my finger. Instead of being careful he got out the liquid nitrogen and zapped an area of skin at least 10 times the size of the lesion itself! way too big a zone and totally unnecessary. now I will have a large blemish near my eye for the next couple weeks. I won't go back. When I talked to the. office manager about my experience she didn't have any explanation or sympathy.

Dr. Julie Philips is so personable and warm. She makes you feel like an old friend. The staff is super sweet with smiling faces to greet you. 👍🏻
