We purchased a vehicle from this dealership 9 months ago and it had major mechanical issues from day one. Every month it was in their "shop" for repairs. Then they add the cost of the repairs to your car payment and say they're "helping" you out by financing the repairs. In all we had to replace the radiator, radiator fan, water pump, shifter, and transmission. So finally when the engine was "unrepairable" according to their shop, they said they could not help us anymore. Not only did they  refuse to repair it, they also refused to replace it with another vehicle. Their only solution was to have us return the car to them as a "voluntary" repossession. I do not believe this was an isolated incident because every month when we went in to make payments, we heard similar complaints from other customers. If you feel like this place is your only option because you have bad credit & the down payment seems low, please look at all the horrible reviews and complaints from previous customers. We can't all be making this stuff up. Please look for another dealership to pay your hard earned money to.

Three years ago I drove around town looking for a decent mid-sized pick up. Spoke with a few big car dealers, but since I am on disability they seemed reluctant to do business with me. Found a nice Dodge Dakota pick up at their Roosevelt location and after three years of owning this vehicle I just paid it off. Still a great running truck and very happy with what I bought. If they find a newer Dodge Dakota that performs as well as the truck I now own has, they'll have a happy repeat customer. :)

Didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in. We sat filled out an application, still no one said a word to us. My husband turned in application lady still didn't say anything just took the application. Then finally she speeks... "We don't take any out-of-state references" ... like WOW! How does that work, you would have to be a local to get a car there.

This is my second car, yes its a little over priced but its better then being on the stupid bus! And ever time something is just not right with the car, they help remedy the situation!  😉 im happy!

Doesn't work with out of town people. Only within a 60 mile radius
