Gloria is the rudest person ive seen. She has been to myself and other even elder patients. Very unacceptable to be rude to an elder person. Ive been in the patient service for years and its sad to see people like her working in this field. I wouldn't reccomend this office at all!!!!! Rude and unhelpful! !!!

Dave is THE BEST! I hurt my back badly at work - so badly that I couldn't walk or even stand up straight. The workers comp doctor reviewed my symptoms, set me up with the meds I would need to deal with the pain and to ease the back spasms and then made a call to Dallmeyer Physical Therapy to see if Dave could see me. I'd never even heard of this gentleman or his practice before, but he told them to send me right over. I couldn't even get out of my car on my own, so I called from my cell and Dave came out to my car to help me in. I don't remember how I got inside, but after Dave got done working his magic, I was able to rise and walk with the assistance of a walker. That might not sound like a big deal to a lot of people, but it was a HUGE improvement from where I had been. I've been back to see him several times since then, and have now discarded both the walker and cane. Thanks to Dave and his staff, I'm on the road to a rapid and complete recovery. If you live in or near Santa Barbara, THIS is the place to go when you need physical therapy. I've read the reviews from people that were unhappy with the office staff on the phone. We all know that good help is hard to find, but not as hard to find as someone that can help when you're in agony like I was. DAVE helped me. He saw me right away without an appointment, took the pain away and helped me to feel like a human being again. Thank You, Dr Dave Dallmeyer. You helped me when I was in a great deal of pain and I am VERY grateful!!! Sincerely, Thorin Scott

I made an appointment at this place a week in advance. My appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday at 11:30. When I made the appointment I asked about how long would it be since I have to arrange the appointment time to coincide with my lunch hour and for someone to cover me if it goes over. They said since it would be my first appointment it would be about an hour and a half since I would have to fill out paperwork. I asked would it last approximately from 11:30 to 1:00, and the lady I was speaking with told me yes. After waiting a week, on the Tuesday of my appointment I I called at 11:08 to confirm that I would be there at my scheduled time of 11:30 ( it's down the street from my work). The lady I spoke with told me I needed to get there at 11:00 in order to fill out paperwork. I told her it was already after 11, but I was on my way. She said I needed to reschedule then. I told her that I wasn't told that I need to be there at 11:00 when I made the appointment. Then she told me if I came at 11:30 there wouldn't be a physical therapist there anyway. That really confused me since that was the time they made my appointment for. I told her I waited all week for this appointment and I didn't miss it yet and I would be there at my scheduled time, so I didn't understand why I was being told I had to reschedule. I also asked her would that have been the case if I didn't call first to confirm, but rather just showed up at my appointment time. She said I would have been put down as a no show for not being there at 11:00 and would have had to reschedule anyway. I tried to tell her that it wasn't a fair situation since I was never told that I had to be there at 11:00, and I made the appointment from 11:30 to 1:00 and that it already included the time it would have taken to fill out the paperwork. If I would have known I was supposed to be there 30 minutes before my appointment was sheduled I would not have made the appointment for that time since due to my line of work its really difficult to take my lunch break that early. I also tried to tell her I had to make prior arrangements for that time and how it was messed up for her to cancel my appointment right then when I called her after I waited a whole week while experiencing alot of back pain. She then said she could put me in at an available time later in the day, but I told her I didn't schedule for that time off at work so I couldnt make it. By now I was getting a little frustrated about how unfair this situation was, but everytime I tried telling my side she just kept brushing me off saying there was nothing she could do about it and we were getting nowhere and our convirstaion was going in circles. Then I asked to speak with someone else who may be able to help me with this situation (since I figured this was a misunderstanding and she already made up her mind not to hear me), but that didn't work either since she said she was the only one available to speak with. I ended up calling a different place altogether and getting an appointment in a little less than a week, and they emailed me all the papers I needed so I could fill them out and bring them with me to my appointment. TLDR: I do not recommend this place due to bad customer service and bad business practice of being inconsiderent of their clients time, canceling individuals appointments at last minute when people have to work and make prior arrangements, and not willing to resolve issue on phone by being stubborn and not listening.

Their focus is making money first and foremost. After being a customer for a while, learned today that all they care about is the fees. From out of town hospital called to cancel today's session and the only comment by Margarita was "you will be charged $65". Not are you ok? Not anything else. Well, since that is their focus then will go somewhere else. Also, She made Dave $65 without doing the work (which most likely they rebook) but lost $$$$ because all future appointments are cancelled. Dave is good but their customer treatment and business acumen is very poor.

If you are looking for the best Physical Therapy in Santa Barbara you'll find it at Dave Dallmeyers Clinic. After trying several other PTs for my computer related wrist overuse problem, I learned about Myofascial Release or Rolfing through my own research. This discovery lead me to Dave and his integrated whole body approach. After a couple of months of treatment and following the exercise program they developed for me, I finally cured my painful wrist and forearm problem - thanks Dave for healing me and teaching me about my own health.
