Dalton really shows a desire to treat you well.  From putting on shoe covers when they enter to giving you advice on a DIY option to save money, they aim to please.
I have had them service Furnace, Air Conditioner - for which they are best.  And also Plumbing and Electrical.  Today they are installing a new water heater and to protect my existing investments they are putting down carpet guard.  They also fixed my tub last week, but the fix didn't solve the problem.  I brought this to their attention and they are willing to move to the next step and discount the next work because the first work didn't quite take care of it.  Since these are typically a process of elimination, like a car, I respect that they acknowledge this and will not charge me full price for every step of the way.  Pricing is based on industry rates, instead of a varying opinion from one Tech to the next.

Brad was courteous and very knowledgeable.  He did a thorough check of the furnace, cleaned our dryer vent and  cleaned our gas fireplace as well as a variety of other preventive maintenance things.  The fireplace hasn't been that clean in years!

Brad also took time to explain possible improvements/upgrades that could be helpful.

Really hate having to give such a terrible review of a company I thought so highly of. However after a series of issues and problems I would not recommend this company to anyone. Wanted furnace and air replaced and even had someone come out to my home to get information for a quote. Said to give them a few days and they would have a quote. Well that never happened and I called many times to figure out the delay. This was months ago. Sadly I went to another company and got the work done and I'm glad I did. Also don't bother with these people if you live in a mobile home or a manufactured home they don't seem to know what they're doing even though it mentions those services on their website.

Justin arrived at our home as expected, Very courteous, Well dressed and put on shoe covers when entering. inspected the wiring, including GFI's and smoke alarms, appeared very knowledgeable. I would  have no problem having him service any system in our home.
