A couple of people recomended me to this woman so i was in need of having my hair blow dryed she did a good job on that I HAD hair up to my butt. So i was telling her that I wanted to try something new for summer have a little colorand had highlights done a few times before but I cover them because i did not l like them and she suggested the ombrey so i said my hair wont fall off right knowing I had highlights in the past she said no.. so i said ok why not so i went to her the following week and she put the bleach on it probably for 40 minutes or more...and then wash it off and put a different color i never had it done that way. When she was finish she said my ends felt really gooey and soft and I had beautiful and healthy hair so my hair was not in bad conditing when i went in. I started to get nervous she then put rollers on me and put me in the dryer i started seeing my hair break off. She then took me out and was going to start blow drying my hair and she did not want to continue and said lets dye it a liitle darker when i saw my hair it was fried and she tried dying it darker for the next half hour and the color would not stick . I started to cry because i never had hair like that i felt the ends and they were  gooeyy like it wanted to break off. and told her just cut it when she cut it she cut half of my hair and the color look disgusting... a week later my ends are still fryed and i have to cut more of it out. I would never ever go to this woman again
