My husband, Jon, and I have been so happy with State Farm.  We work with Jackie frequently when we have questions and have received nothing but excellent service.  Jon and I were talking last night how we are so thankful to have great teams of people in our lives keeping us safe and protected.  We are a very busy family with careers and a toddler so being able to call you all when we have a question and getting immediate answers from someone who remembers us is priceless. 

Honestly, I don't ever feel the need to shop around for different rates.  Even if we were able to find policies that were a few dollars cheaper elsewhere, it is not worth it to us.  I am all about streamlining processes within my life so I can spend more time with my family and it is worth every penny having an agent and team who can help with that.

Their office manager Jackie Ossell is the best! Fast, efficient, helpful, nice and kind. Always solved my questions or helped with problems immediately, the service made me feel like i am their only customer  :)

I strongly recommend Dan and his professional staff! They were extremely courteous and provided great customer service. I am referring Dan to all my friends and family so they can get the best discounts.

We are so glad we asked for a quote 4 years ago because he's 1) lowered our cost, 2) improved our coverage and 3) showed us his personal touch through a few claims.  We could not be happier.
