They were supposed to contact my insurance company before starting the speech therapy for my kid, after I made it very clear that I can't afford paying for sessions if NOT covered by insurance. They failed to contact the insurance company before the first session, and when I asked they said if it's not covered by insurance, I will not be responsible for any payment for the first session. Then billed me for $360 although the session is only $170 if fully paid out of pocket!!!!! When I called them to complain they started the "Call your insurance" game! They said it would be FREE and they are charging me $360!

I had 2 appts with Main St rehab and had to leave mid-way of the 2nd appt because the student that they had assigned to my case didn't know what he was doing and the licensed PT that was supposed to be overseeing him was just walking around and not supervising him. I was in so much pain, that I just had to leave. I contacted them to let them know that this bordered on malpractice, but they clearly could not care less. I also filed a complaint about this practice with the insurance company. Go at your own risk. This is the worst place for proper physical therapy and you may end up worse than when you first came. In addition, they never answer the phones at the reception desk and are quite unfriendly in person. Very poorly run establishment.
