My request to send flowers to my 90 year old mother who just lost a friend was declined because "it was too late in the day"? At 2:30 in the afternoon I still have plenty of time in my day to provide service to my customers. Makes me think I should open a flower shop in Eugene....I've always said it's easier to keep a customer happy than it is to earn the trust of a new one. I guess these girls will get the opportunity to see if I'm right.

Great flowers, friendly staff. The staff seems very knowledgeable and the quality of the flowers seem to be better than other places and they also seem to last quite a bit longer as compared to other flowers sold, such as at Albertsons market.. They have been consistent from year to year. They also have A good selection of non flower items for sale that can accompany your gift.

I ordered small basket and an arrangement for a funeral. The phone call was professional and very thought of everything! Due to two possible service area, they called to check where to deliver the flowers. I would definitely recommend this florist shop. Great job!

Ducks Graduation...I ordered a double white Lei for June 2017 UO Masters graduation. I was assured it would be thick and very nice. The Lei I paid for was thin and scraggly looking before the ceremony. By the end of graduation it had separated and didn't make it to the after photos or dinner. Very disappointed.

Ordered online, 5 days in advance, as a birthday gift. Before making the order, called to asked a couple of questions regarding a request I had. Shariann answered my call, she was very helpful and let me know step by step what I needed to do to get my request fulfilled. Tami, the manager, took charge of all follow-up communication, and replied to all of my emails within the hour. Shout out to Jodi as well, who took my final call to verify the order was ready(was it Jodi? She was working on Saturday 11/12 , in the morning. I'm awful with names, sorry!). The flowers were beautiful and fragrant, the birthday girl was very satisfied with them. This is the place I'll go to next time I buy flowers in Eugene.
