Hood's Home Service is a trustworthy and experienced handyman service. The handymen were prompt and wasted no time getting started on the job. They tended to every detail to achieve an excellent result. They were professional and knowledgeable. They repaired the roof and dealt with the insurance company through the process. We paid no out of pocket expense at all. Hood's Home Service was very accommodating of the situation. They offer a wide variety of services with a good quality of work. I will be using them in the future for any services needed.

I literally could not be happier with Hood's Roofing Systems, both as a contractor and as a person. From the moment Daniel stepped out of his truck, I knew he was going to take care of me. 

I called a probably half a dozen roofing contractors, but Daniel was the only one that told me he could come look at it the next morning. Daniel and his assistant showed up a the house exactly when he said they were going to, which really let me know that Daniel was a man of his word (i've dealt with a ton of contractors who seemingly never owned a watch). 

Straight away I realized Daniel had a tremendous knowledge of roofing construction methodologies, building codes, and the home owner insurance claims processes. He immediately identified storm damage i had no idea existed, outlined other problem areas of the roof that needed repair, and told me exactly what steps I needed to take to start an insurance claim. I didn't even know the roof was elibible for an insurance claim; Daniel literally saved me thousands of dollars within 5-minuts of meeting him. The very next day Daniel had an insurance claims adjuster inspecting the roof and approving the claim. Everything he did was geared towards saving me money, time, and hassle. 

And the quality of the new roof was top notch. Daniel did such a good job on the roof, it almost looks like a brand new house. I don't know anything about roof construction, but the new roof looks like a meteor could fall on it and nothing would happen. I was also very impressed with the professionalism and care Daniel and his crew took to make sure they kept the exterior of the house well kept and free of construction debris.

Bottom line, Hood's Roofing Systems is simply the best contractor, roofing or otherwise, i've ever done business with. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a roofing contractor. Daniel is as honest, knowledgable, and as good as they come.

Hood's Home Services is great to work with and accommodates our schedule here at the Delta Zeta House UTK. They are always professional and friendly and the work is done correctly and to our satisfaction. We just needed a repair done quickly for a special event and his team made it happen! Joshua, Teresa, and Stacey are just a few of the team members that have been very helpful to me as I am new to Knoxville and being a House Director too. They have earned my complete trust!

I had Hood's replace my roof after some recent storm damage and they were incredibly professional. They dealt directly with the insurance company and made sure I was given the best deal. They even upgraded my shingles to longer lasting ones! I would recommend Hood's to anyone needing basic home repair or even a major remodel. Very happy I found this company!!!
