Store hours 10:00 to 9:pm and the store is not open, I can see the store attendants inside, ask them at what time they were going to open and is 10:15 and still

The sales people at this store are so RUDE.  Im a regular customer but one night I went to make a payment and they completely ignored me and went on to having there phone conversations and took forever just to process my payment. I know for sure if I had gone to buy jewelry they would of drop everything they were doing and  pampered me with all there jewelry selection.

I spent more then $15,000 with this company 
IM NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
