My Water pressure tank burst. I was able to send pictures of my issue to him via his website. Some pics were not clear and he called and came to actually see the problem. Dan gave me a written estimate as well as accommodating some future attachments to the water line in my home. He arrived both times- the initial estimate as well as the actual repair ON TIME!
Very professional, clean and courteous. Great work too! Price was fair and in the end came a bit under the estimated written proposal. 
I will definitely use him again for emergencies as well as any upgrades.
