My family has used Dannel for many family members in the past, but this is the first time I was personally responsible for making arrangements. The staff was caring, and considerate with every contact. I did not feel pressured to do anything I did not want to do, and they did a beautiful job with the conservative wishes of my family. They did offer some suggestions that made the memorial sweeter than I imagined it could be. Their attention to detail is remarkable. My family will continue to use them in the future, and we are grateful for the personal service we received.

I have a hard time believing the one star rating. Dannel handled my son's service in 2011 and was the utmost professional, never told or suggested any type of up sell. The entire days are hard to remember because of the loss but they were more than a company to my family during our loss. and I thank each and every one of you!!

DO NOT GO HERE!  These people will take advantage of you and your emotional state of mind to try and make an extra buck.  My mother was insistent that when her time came we use this funeral home so we did.  They tried to guilt us into spending more money than we had by making inappropriate comments and second guessing our thrifty choices.  If they didn't already have her body I would have walked out and never dreamed of doing business with them but they claimed even if we left we would still owe them money for picking her up from the hospital etc.  I don't know if any other funeral home is any better as this was my first time dealing with something like this, but THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!
