The prices are the cheapest I've seen in Ottawa. Personally I've never had a bad experience. The owner is always so nice and so are the workers! The owner came around and offered/served tea or water to customers, how nice is that? they have a good selection of colours, and my manicures and pedicures always come out beautiful! For the price and service I get, I always go back :)

I have gone here multiple times throughout the years; however, my most recent visit was for sure my last. I had a newer lady (I'm assuming she was new because I had not seen her before) and she made me beyond uncomfortable.

She literally laughed and gave a disgusted look at my fingernails when I said I didn't want them done - they weren't painted and I didn't want them to be as they would just get dirty anyways with the job I have. She spoke Chinese to her fellow co-worker laughing at me.. I was not impressed.

My friend beside me got told she had to use the wax on her feet that is an extra $15.. you'd think they'd ask her if she wanted it or not, right? Nope. We both felt our money had been wasted. Horrid customer service.

We were extremely disappointed and will never be returning again.

I was really concerned about my beautiful nails, and wanted to keep them beautiful always. This is when Melissa, my friend, suggested them to me. And, I am highly grateful to her for this. Their services are superb. Strongly recommended!

I've been seeing Anna for almost 5 years now. She's amazing. I highly, highly recommend her. I've only had my nails chip once 2 days after (my own fault) and they still redid the chipped nail without cost! Anna is amazing at shaping, doing designs, shellac, eyebrows - you name it, she's a pro. Even though there are countless salons here in the South end by my house, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
