Fair price and great results. I was surprised at how much detail and time they put into the regular wash options. They offer detailing so I can’t imagine how well they do that. The time and effort was appreciated, however it bordered on too long for what I was expecting. It’s a balance. Having been to places that work too fast and miss too much, I was glad I chose Danny’s.

Such an uncomfortable, unprofessional and waste of money experience! I purchased a super clean detail package. Once my car was pulled around the men outside cleaned what the were supposed to before my car was pulled into the detail garage. The outside staffed finished, I tipped them and planned on tipping the inside crew as well. A staff member noticed I tipped the outside crew and started to argue about where the money should go to the gentlemen I tipped. I decided to find the manager and politely express my concerns about the incident and he informed me that I could go the the RaceTrak down the road! With plenty of encouragement he invited me to go speak with the men about how they should handle it next time!!!  He continued to ask me what I do for a living and if I hired drug dealers or people off the street?! I understand that he is giving people a chance at becoming productive citizens but maybe he could use a couple courses on how to manage and communicate to people. NEVER GOING BACK!

Their service was excellent at the beginning, but the fact that they didn’t even open the trunk for a 25 dollars car wash ,made me leave without even saying thanks. And their faces asking for tips, come on!!! Do better your job and then expect tips.

You can spend a $100 and still have a dirty car. They forget simple things such as waxing the car when you already paid for it. The worst experience was the manager whos attitude was horrible. Having him fix an error on their part, while acting as though he was doing a favor. Paying extra for hand detailing to avoid damage I can accept. But when showing them stuff they didn't get ''you shouldve told them to clean that part''. I shouldn't have to specify anything since the car was brought to be cleaned by hand!

This was just sad....they did a pretty good job cleaning my car. ( I live on a dirt road, so I know it was dirty) But to be told by the GM that my car was really dirty and his guys worked really hard on it and they only make 5.25 an hour....so I need to give them a tip?  I'm sorry, tips are for when you do a good job. Not because you dont pay your help enough.  I bought the ultimate wash $30, and then had to tip them because the GM told me he would wait till I got a cash advance from the register?!?  
NEVER GOING BACK!!!!
