After many test rides on two different bikes here, I ended up finding a used one elsewhere that I purchased, but it needed some accessories. I went back to Danny's as I really like the staff, their professionalism and ability to answer my questions, but mostly, the patients. The staff here continued to be extremely helpful and even complimented the bike I bought. They helped me for hours as we went through trying different accessories on the bike. I highly suggest Danny's Cycles to anyone thinking about buying a bike or needing help with accessorizing their ride.

I went to Danny's Cycle for a quick fix for my granddaugter bike and what an awesome group of men working their. I felt at home and the service was excellent from each individual. If anyone in the Mohegan Lake community or outside the community needs to buy or need to fix there cycle, please come to this particular store because the service was outstanding. Junior Proverbs took care of me and I will be back to buy a bike for my granddaughter and I also recommend anyone looking to purchase or fix a cycle to come their. The service was so good and it made my day brighter to know that there are people out there that still have a great sense of helping others with there needs. Thank you so much to each one of the gentlemen and I hope the store stays open forever... excellent excellent excellent....

Had a fantastic service experience. I needed help in finding a lighting system for my sons bike. There were four employees working, three men and a woman, I wish I had gotten their names so that I could mention them here. I absolutely love that each one of them was so concerned in helping me get the right product. Way to go! Many thanks!

Since I like to support local businesses, I went to Danny's cycles to order two $10 horns instead of ordering them online. They are right down the street from me. We went through the whole process, and then the gentleman asked if I wanted to be put in the system. I said no, because I don't like giving out all of my personal information. He called to the guy in the back to ask him if that was okay. The other gentleman said that he can't order $20 worth of product and then not know if I was going to show up to get them or not. Meanwhile, they were out of kiddie bicycle horns anyway, and that was the reason I was ordering! They never asked for payment up front. So I said, if you want my business, order the horns for me, I live right down the street. They said no! I walked out the door. Talk about bad customer service.

2 years ago I wanted to buy a road bike. I hadn't been on a bike since I was 12. I went to several other bike shops but by far Danny's sold me the bike on customer service- they were so helpful and kind and eager to help me understand the differences between bikes. You can get a bike anywhere, but I not only got a bike, I got knowledge, understanding, tips and tricks of the trade, and I got a family. Danny's employees are always willing to listen to my silly questions and give me answers. We also go on store rides most weekends and they are always willing to help. I have no desire to go anywhere else for my cycling needs... Charlie, Helen, and Junior- I thank you.
