Horrible. No service. At all. I guess no surprise. I should have looked at the other reviews on Yelp. I am surprised they stay in business. Took my Omega there about 6 months ago - had a bracelet issue. Left it there, agreed on a follow-up 3 days later. Not having heard from them two weeks later, I decided to stop by. Nothing had been done. I took my watch and took it elsewhere. Fast forward to late December. You'd think I should have learned my lesson. I thought I'd give them another chance. I have a replica Panerai that was having movement issues. Left it there late Dec. 4 weeks later, no follow up, no call, nothing. So I called... the lady simply said her husband was busy but would call me back in 30 minutes. That was yesterday morning... no calls, naturally. As soon as they are open, I will get my watch and will never be back.
