Such a well organized library, I can come in and find something so easy.

Danville only has a few places to send faxes. I went there August 31st at 2:55. There were only two people in front of me and the gentlemen working at the desk was extremely slow. The first customer had seven pages to send and he sent ONE AT A TIME! Then the fax wasn't going through so he helped the next next person and that took ten minutes to send two pages! He completely ignored me even though the customer with seven pages told him to go ahead and do mine. I said "you can send more then one page at a time". So finally he did. So I was literally there for 35 minutes just to fax one page!! None of the employees smile or greet you. They all look unhappy. If you go to the library in Terre haute, you walk in and everyone is smiling and greeting you. Makes you feel like home. Unfortunately Danville's customer service everywhere is horrible. Such a shame!!!

Hidden gem, good collection of books and audio / videos.. Lots of space, separate section for children.. Loved it!
