Flew into Jacksonville Tuesday grabbed a few. Told the guy working named Jim that I would be back Friday. It's Friday and returned to enjoy a cigar in the shop. Will DEFINITELY return next time I am in town. Jim very knowledgeable and GREAT Host.

Always a good vibe here. Great midday spot to grab a cigar and or drink. People always friendly and gives a local, homie vibe. Owner always around and always friendly and hospitable. Great selection of cigars and in the evening times people are casually dressed and not in flip flops or looking like they walked out of a child’s sand pit.

This place is killer!!!! Super friendly staff, great selection of sticks, and plenty of beer on tap. To top it off the atmosphere can’t be matched. Jack, the owner, is a real trip.

Dapper D’s is hands down the best Cigar Lounge in Jacksonville. I have been visiting since the first month they opened their doors. The next month, I became a member & have been one ever since.  I have watched this establishment grow from the beginning to now. To see the dedication from the owners & staff when it comes to customer service, knowledge of cigars & cigar culture all the way to their beverage selection. It’s the consistency that separates them in my opinion. You really don’t see that often today.  So if you are in town or live here and want a great experience, stop by Dapper D’s.

I used to frequent this place when it first opened. People were personable and made sure if you were a newbie to the cigar world that you had some sort of direction to go in.  I go in now and I'm sure the person that always rings me up I used to make it a habit to enjoy one at the establishment then leave but the atmosphere isn't how it used to be doesn't have a clue about cigars. No hey do you need some help just sits there in the humidor looking at her phone until you yell your done.  Anyway I used to love this place I wanted to make it my relax spot  but it doesn't curate the vibe I once had about it.

Unfortunately I was asked to leave when I walked in with my wife to buy cigars and maybe smoke one.   I was wearing shorts and a polo, with sandal.   I heard the attire requirements are changed.  Just passed by.  I would have loved to stop and smoke a stick. But no thank you. You've truly turned away a very good potential customer.  With over 400 cigars in my humidor, I'm always buying.  Sad

I am a 12 years veterans premium cigar lover. Needless to say Ive placed several thousands of dollars in online orders on many popular cigar sites. All of my Dapper D‘s Cigars experiences have been wonder, some of my best online purchases actually. With each engagement I become more and more a Dapper D’s raving fan.  The selections are amazing and the customer service is second to none. The website is very fluid, easy to use, and super quick to ship.  I’ll be placing many more orders with Dapper D’s and telling all my friends.  Can’t wait to meet and greet the entire brick and mortar staff in person very soon.  Yami @cigaryami

While their humidor selection was great. I spent good money with them , had to buy 5 random Fuentes to be able to Purchase an X No.77 Shark and a Don Carlos Eye of the Shark .. They all come in cellophane obviously and I'm not one to squeeze the foot or head of a cigar incase I don't purchase so there is no damage . I got the cigars home and nearly all had cracked wrapper leaf and were super dry . VERY DISAPPOINTING

Cigar selection is insane. Jack has the hottest boutique selection around. Staff has been a pleasure to deal with. The lounge is perfect. Beer and wine selection is on point.  I can't say enough about Dapper D's.

Dapper D's does it right, great place to get some work done and have good conversation with others and enjoy a great selection of sticks along with great service. Jim was in there when I stopped by and he did an incredible job taking care of everyone. If you haven't made it Dapper D's yet, must get to it as it'll probably become a regular spot to have a stick at.
