Dark Roux is a showcase of the inventive cuisine & cocktails of Chef Ryan Trahan & Mixologist Paige Tait. We are dedicated to sourcing the freshest local ingredients within 150 miles of our home. As the seasons evolve, so will our menu, each plate will highlight local ingredients, showcasing the freshness of our product, and telling a different story of the Louisiana growing season. Our team draws inspiration from classic European/French traditions and refinement, Southern culture, American ingenuity, and the vast bounty that Louisiana has to offer.
