It's not that they just have the most beautiful flower arrangements in town, they also have unparalleled customer service. There was a small glitch in a recent order, and not only were they sincerely sorry but they went above and beyond in making it right. I have never experienced this level of customer service except possibly at Disney. The arrangements are even more beautiful than pictured. THANK YOU Darryl Wiseman, and also to Richard, who exceeded every expectation I had for resolving my problem. I will continue to go to them with my every flower need!

I called Darryl Wiseman Flowers at 5:59pm on a Thursday with a request for flower delivery the next day in the morning - a true flower emergency. Not only did they answer (most stores don't pick up the phone in the last few minutes of the day) but they were able to meet my flower needs, advise me on budget / flower type, and give me some great ideas to make my card extra special. I'll never be using a competitor again, Darryl Wiseman Flowers gave me incredible service and I highly recommend them.

The process of getting the flowers was excellent and easy. I told them my budget and what my SO likes, and they put together an AMAZING bouquet for our anniversary. Really top quality stuff. It's pricey, but it's custom arranged flowers from a pro, so that comes with the territory. The problem comes with the delivery. They use Roadie, which is like Uber for hauling stuff, for their deliveries. We were on a tight time line with all my plans, and they had an hour window to deliver. They were almost two hours late. Luckily, reservations and other plans could be changed, but it was very disappointing. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys if you have a large delivery window. If not, it may be worth it to go somewhere with internal delivery staff.
