This has been our dentist for years and we have always been happy with their commitment to thorough and informative dental care.We have, however, noticed a difference in the staff with a more subdued, cautious attitude in their interactions with customers. We are not sure what happened to create this and noticed it after they became affiliated with Smilest Dental. We are sad to see this happen. We had always felt a warm, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere where we had a neighborly relationship with “Dr. Bob” and his staff. We will continue to use your services and hope you can bring back that atmosphere again.
Christa is an awesome dental hygienist. I have nerve pain problems especially after a teeth cleaning and she worked a plan specifically for my issues that kept me pain-free. She explained everything as she went along and was super sweet. You will absolutely love her!
I just met Dr Jerry a few weeks ago for the first time. He seemed very pleasant but delivered some unpleasant news: I needed a crown. So Monday I went in for the crown prep… I was so impressed by Dr Jerry. He was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole process. He listened to my concerns and checked on me throughout the drilling. My mouth was not tender or sore after the appointment. The temporary is comfortable. I look forward to the completion of the process. Great job !
I had the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I was a new patient, now a forever patient. The hygienist was so nice and explained every thing she was doing. The building itself is beautiful and stately and VERY clean! Thank you all so much!
I was a first time patient. I had a short 5 minute wait in lobby and spoke with a man who has had this dentist for 40 years. That made me less nervous. I was greeted with a welcome and warm smiles. The care that was provided was caring , gentle and the treatment plan was appropriate and reasonable. There was no pushing for unnecessary treatments . My hygienist is very experienced I had her at a different office and was so glad to learn she would be caring for me again. I highly recommend this office .
I've been attending this Dentistry since I was 5 years old over 35 years now. Great service, friendly staff and good quality care. Dr. Bob has a gift for dentistry in the legacy he has created here. I had their newest doctor, Dr. Jerry, work on my teeth yesterday. Not only was he fantastic on my filling, I saw that he was helping a boy with an emergency situation. The family was minority I could hear the father calming down his son in Spanish and at the end I overheard Dr. Jerry not charge the family as he couldn't fix the problem and the boy would most likely have to go to CHOP. He also came multiple times to check on me and apologize for the wait as he tried to help this boy and his family. Dr. Jerry donated over an hour of his time and I was impressed by his service to our community. Appreciate their care over the years with me and now with my family.
I called and explained in detail the extent of the tootcache pain I was having. They told me there was an appointment available the next day at 3. After confirming I had the appointment, they call back an hour later and say they’ve given it to someone else and I would have to wait a full week. I’m not sure why they gave the appointment away maybe someone more important called or they like to perform sick jokes. But this place is awful and they don’t treat you with human decency.
This was my first visit to this office and I thought everyone was very caring and extremely nice. They took such good care of me as I am disabled. Dr. Jeff was wonderful... he explained every step he was doing especially since he was refilling two teeth. His assistant, Alessandro, was great. I'm going back in March to get my teeth cleaned and I can't wait!
I cannot say enough how much I'm grateful for this office! There is such a calm and peaceful atmosphere the moment you step into the office. The dentist and hygienist are so kind. I'm so happy I switched.
I have been a patient at Daschbach & Associates since I was in elementary school 20+ yrs and I refuse to go anywhere else! The administrative staff is always kind and helpful. I have probably seen every Dentist and Hygienist in the practice and I've never had a bad experience. On my most recent visit, Stephanie took the time to troubleshoot some issues I'd been having and she provided an extra thorough cleaning. She's absolutely the best! I also appreciate the technology that's been incorporated into the practice over the years. The text message appointment reminders and online access are great!
