I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Dash Diamonds! I’ll preface my review by saying that the process of buying a diamond to me feels in many ways like buying a car. Educated customers will always try to find the best value whereas sellers will typically look out in their best interest to flip a buck. Therefore, it’s hard not to be skeptical or question what you're being told.

Prior to visiting Dash Diamonds, I had mixed experiences with other merchants (local and online) who I didn't feel understood my vision or were trying to sell me on things that didn't align with my needs or budget. After meeting Joe, I quickly realized that he was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He guided me throughout the entire process of finding an engagement ring and didn’t try to BS me in any way. He provided solid options within my budget, was a good communicator, and set clear expectations. Joe is more about building relationships with people and standing behind his products versus treating you like a one-off transaction. I had peace of mind working with Joe and feel good about my purchase. The turnaround was also much quicker than expected and my fiancé couldn’t be happier with everything! She’s been getting non-stop compliments from her family, friends, and coworkers. Based on my experience, I’d highly recommend Dash Diamonds to anyone!

My fiancé and I were searching for diamonds with good quality, which seemed hard to find until we found Dash! Joe spent a great amount of time educating us on the brilliance of a diamond. We both ended up getting beautiful custom made rings. Dash Diamonds is the place to go for quality!!!

My fiancé purchased my wedding ring through Dash Diamond and I am absolutely in love with it. I’ll start off by mentioning the owner definitely has an eye for what he does. He goes above and beyond for his customers, and truly wants you to be happy. I get enormous amounts of compliments on my ring everyday. Not only is his selection amazing but the staff is as well. I am very very pleased with my wedding ring and band and would recommend everyone to Dash Diamond ! Thanks again !

Joe and the staff at Dash Diamonds went above and beyond from the service to the experience. Joe made sure that he made my fiancé and I feel comfortable and provided exceptional service. He will provide you with the perfect piece you are looking for with great quality and reasonable pricing. The engagement ring I got from Joe was everything I dreamed of and more but without his hard work, knowledge and expertise I wouldn’t have received a stunning diamond. Thank you so much Joe!! Looking forward to dealing with Joe and the Dash team again.
