Came in to sell my laptop (asus x552ea-dh42). i told the employe its windows 8 but it has a update for windows 10 that i havent yet installed. He proceeded to IGNORE me and and tell me if its not windows 10 he cant accept it.

Well gee, Maybe if you take 2 seconds to listen you'll understand.

I dont recommend this place for anyone they lack and have very poor customer service skills.

This Is the wife of Albert Copeland. 
I want to share the TERRIBLE experience I had with this place!!! We will NEVER go back there. Not only was the employee very rude to us, he was NOT very helpful either. He stood there watching like a lazy wuss while I struggled to get in the door with my merchandise!  
Most people or dealers I've dealt with are much friendlier and accommodating. 
Needless to say, they did NOT get our business, nor will they EVER !!!!!
