My husband and I eat lunch here often since it is close to my work.  Food is very good, service is always awful.  We at there one afternoon and someone else delivered our food and we did not see our server for a good 20 minutes or more.  No ketchup for the fries, empty drinks, and we had to ask for a box and check.  Unfortunately my husband left his debit card and we did not notice it until the next day.  I called, after waiting on hold for 9:09 minutes someone finally answered.  I told her my problem and she placed me on hold again, after several more minutes on hold I was dropped back onto the main menu line.   After going through the options to speak with someone again and several more minutes of holding I spoke to someone again who said they need to look in the safe and they said they would call me back IF they found it.  I asked for a call back regardless but an hour later and still no call back.

I come here for my birthday every now and then. This Dave and Busters is a pleasure to eat at. I've eaten here at last 5 times and the food is excellent and I cannot complain about that. The service is usually good too. You cant go wrong with chicken fingers, or "golden fingers." The drinks are always on point also. The games are usually working pretty well unlike Chuck e cheeses lol. 5 stars.

I've been to a lot of D&B in several towns and I think this one was my favorite by far. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The meeting area was well attended too. The food and service was great. Their game room was massive and I never felt like it was too crowded.

I would have given 3 stars since the cost is high, the games cost a lot per play and the food is good quality but cost a lot! But I gave 4 stars because this place is top choice when it comes to new unique games. And also they offer a lot of great deals like spend $20 and get $20. I don't like that they recently started charging for new game cards! It seems like a ploy to get people to spend extra money on their new bracelets. Either way my son has the time of his life and I leave broke 😂

A fun family experience. Games can be a little pricey. An example is, you get 100 chips on a power card for $20, but most games fall in the chip range of 5.8 - 9.9 chips to play. That means on average each game is around $1 or more. Now in saying that,  there are specials they run for extra chips. Each game also earns you tickets that you can trade in for merchandise. I would rate the food at 3/5 and at a fair price, being at a great price when purchased with a power card. They serve alcohol and run happy hour specials at various times. Worth experiencing.
