They do good work and the man behind the desk in the service area is very nice and will answer all your questions. The prices ​to fix your vehicle here is always expensive, unfortunately. But that is to be expected at a dealership.

Service Manager is rude and was misleading.  We took our car in to have a diagnostics test run, an oil change, check the wear of the brakes and a quote for repair on our air conditioner.  Original quote was $80 for the diagnostics test and $25 for the oil change.  They called with a laundry list of repairs of over $1600.  We told them we would have to wait to do most of the repairs and would pick it up the next day.  They charged us $225!  Reason from the Service Manager, "What do you expect?  You tied up a mechanic for 3 hours and aren't getting the reparis done!"  Well, they were going to get the money for the repairs...not any more!
