I have known David Burns most of my adult life.  And, though I know he has worked in other sales oriented type jobs, his true passion is for real estate.  He is a student of learning and knowing the current real estate trends, how to assist potential buyers to find exactly what they are looking for at the price they wish to pay.  He knows most Atlanta communities and can quickly tell you where you can find what you want…. or that it does not exist, exactly as you want. David does a superb job at previewing homes for you PRIOR to taking you to look at them.  He would rather put it the due diligence ahead of time rather than waste YOUR time looking at something that is absolutely NOT what you want.

 I developed and built homes in a subdivision named Shepherd’s Hideaway in West Cobb county.  David was the on-site agent.  He went the extra mile to make sure the houses were presentable and was always prepared with facts on each house with it’s specifications and uniquenesses….. and take whatever time necessary to show you each feature if you so desired. 

 I highly recommend David as a knowledgeable, friendly, patient, honest, hard-working real estate agent."
