At frist I was pleased with Mr. Martin, but when he picked up the seller also as there's realtor all hell.Unable to see home when wanted too. Promise (s) was made verbally and was not kept by realtor and seller.  I am stuck with paying for repairs  and other clean ups. Buyers always be aware get things in writing and never take verbally agreements.  Once you settle,  some  realtor and seller will not keep their words You are stuck with paying for repairs. Buyer (s) please be aware who you let represent you.😀😥
