My now husband bought my engagement ring from David Gardner's. We had never been ring shopping together and between him and his salesman Cody, they did an exceptional job. The setting is breathtaking yet also appropriate for my very hands on job. My diamond has a special story behind it and everything! We went back to get our wedding bands, and although my fiance's cost more than I was anticipating, mine was actually less, so it all came out in the wash. I've been back almost 6 times now to have my ring cleaned and they've done it, no questions asked, in a matter of 10 minutes or less every single time. Mrs. Gardner even came up to chat with me the first time I went in there! Great job guys!

After countless references I came here all the way from Odessa to buy my wife a custom engagement ring. The staff, in particular Cody, could not have been more accommodating. In fact, he drove up to 7 hours away to make sure each stone was to my liking. Cody also gave me solid design direction during the design process so that I could pick the perfect style and design for my now wife. The entire time they remained discrete so that my wife and her family could be surprised by the ring. 

David would also check in periodically to make sure everything was going well. 

Everyone here takes great pride in their work, is incredibly nice, and is obviously educated on what they're doing. I will definitely be coming back for other pieces in the future.

My fiancé got my ring here and it is absolutely beautiful. He said the manager, Sophie, spent a couple hours with him picking every piece and making sure it was perfect. When I returned later to get the ring resized everyone was so nice and happily answered the many questions I had about care and insurance. I dropped the ring off at 10AM on Tuesday and was initially told that it would be ready by Friday, which I was more than happy with. When the owner came by and began talking to me he insured that it would be ready that day, and I was able to pick it up that day after work! Love this company and the experience that we have had so far with them!

A sign of a well-run luxury goods store is the staff treating every customer with the utmost respect and hospitality. 

Despite being young and up front about the fact I was merely window shopping, Cody and his associates treated me to a world class experience. Although I did not purchase anything, they entertained my questions and provided warm conversation for a good half hour.

Thanks to their amazing hospitality, professional and well-versed staff, and their very reasonable prices I fully intend on returning and recommending all my friends bring their business to this establishment.

I've had the pleasure to work with Cody a number of times at David Gardner's and each time it has been a fantastic experience. The level of service provided is far greater than I have encountered at any other jewelry store (whether my purchase was large or small) and the genuine care for the customer is shown throughout the process. Cody has a wealth of knowledge in the industry as well as a wonderful ability to connect with the customer and make very suitable suggestions which has been quite helpful for me in both my personal purchases as well as gifts. My wife and I have never been disappointed in our dealings with Cody and David Gardner's and BOTH of us look forward to shopping here. After my first purchase with Cody I have shopped exclusively with David Gardner's and I will continue to do so.
