I could not be more pleased about the choice I made in having David Bailly represent me.  He was always prompt in responding to my emails or phone calls, typically in less than 24 hours.  He took the necessary time to explain everything to me, which provided a level of confidence that exceeded my expectations.

In addition to being responsive and patient, he delivered on his promises.  He did not exaggerate or make excuses because he did not have to, due to the fact, he was honest and forthright.  Another pleasant aspect about the experience was how quickly the process was completed.  He was on top of the case at all times and not only were there no unnecessary delays, the case was completed in half the amount of time I anticipated.  

David Bailly has a solid reputation and that is due to his strong ethics, knowledge of the law, and understanding and anticipating how the other party would respond.  That allowed us to stay one step ahead and never had to experience any shocking or surprising developments.  All of this in addition to the fact that my case was a difficult case.

I retained David for a workers comp case. He was referred by my neighbor. I was impressed with his way of explaining and answering questions. He helped me get the most out of my case. I am very pleased and have already referred a friend. Than you David!!!!!!

My case was a work comp. case and he done a wonderful job on my case and he made sure to get me the most money he could get for my case... he done all the work for me and I didn't have to worry about getting anything or doing anything... I really didn't have to do anything... he done it for me... he is a very good attorney And I was happy with the out come... I will refer him to anyone... he is wonderful... Thank You David Bailley
