Dr. No removed a small skin cancer from my face using the Mohs procedure. I was a bit anxious because this was right next to my nose. However, he so skillfully placed the sutures that now, just 2+ weeks later, the incision is nearly invisible. Very, very pleased.

The 1 star is for the clean office. I should have listened to the negative reviews here and on Yelp about Dr. No's office. Not sure if I will be going back to Dr. No. Dr. No's Nurse Practitioner afraid to write any kind of prescription, even ones that are perfectly harmless when used properly. She talks a good game, but if you're afraid to write prescriptions, what good are you?? Just my bad luck going to Dr. No's office? We'll see.

Dr. No and Insiyah are awesome! I have seen them both and have had nothing but great experiences!  They have helped me out multiple times and I can't help but notice how clean the office is kept. The staff are always friendly and look like they love their jobs! =)

Have to agree with the experiences of some of the other reviewers. The amount of time that I waited was four or five times longer than the amount of time I was actually being seen by Dr. No. While I can't say that he was unprofessional, I definitely was not made to feel very comfortable or valued as a patient. 

The presence of Dr. No's assistant in the room felt completely unnecessary, and her aftercare instructions were incredibly unhelpful and unspecific; her demeanor could only be described as rude and slightly condescending.

I also wasn't told until afterwards that due to the healing process of the procedure, I will not only be in pain, but I'll be effectively unable to work until I am healed which is very very difficult for me. My overall experience at this facility was unpleasant at best and horrible at worst, and I definitely will not be returning.

My family has been going to Dr. No for many years and we have all had our issues.  But no matter the situation, we have always been extremely happy with Dr. No's assessment and treatment.  We really enjoy his professional style - easy going, communicative and articulate.  The office is well run and I never seem to have to wait very long.
