Dave may not be the nicest guy in the world, but that is a good thing, because he is running a business.  He is straightforward and you will know where you stand, he will not lie and even though I am young for my age he still treated me just like he would treat anyone else.  He showed me the best he had, in fact, the car I got hadn't even been able to be entered into his system yet as it had just arrived.  Even though this was my first time he helped me through all the paper work and talked me through everything clearly, politely, and thoroughly.
He is a good man and fair with the prices on vehicles, he responds in a timely manner to phone-calls and will smile or wish you the best even if you do not choose to buy a car.  If you find a better deal and you tell him about it, he will tell you to go take that deal, he is that honest of a guy.  I'd be surprised if you were able to find much better though, because he really knows his stuff, and negotiates so that both parties come out on top, which you should do as well. 
If you treat him with respect and don't try to be unfair with your deal, then you will leave here a pleased customer.

David Rice has been extremely thorough and honest in selling my friends and family cars in the past 18 months.  My brother has put a lot of miles on his car and has had no issues.  My brother-in-law needed a car with special pedals, and David went over and above to make sure his needs were met.  My best friend recently purchased a car from him, and I couldn't believe the price he got it for.

Do not do business here! Attempted to buy a car and told it was going to be held for me until the next morning so I could arrange financing and that promise did not get hold for more than a few hours (even though I did secure financing!).  If they can't hold to that simple promise it makes me wonder what else they would do...
