I serviced my 2007 S40 at the dealer's until I was recommended by a friend to take my car to David's for a quote.

Not only Lilly and David are experts but they are sweethearts. They fixed my car in no time. Fixed issues that probably were there for a long time and the dealer never found or decided to leave there to create more bills for me in the near future. They are also professionally affordable.

My only regret is not knowing about them when I first got my car. Highly recommended!

Taking my experience of going to this mechanical shop today on 7/25/2017 as an example to all the Volvo owners looking for a trustful mechanic, this place is not a mechanic shop that's worth of your time spending there. I'm a 2015 Volvo S60 owner. This morning, I went to this shop, politely asking Jorge, an employee working there, if they could replace my car's front bumper air guide and the estimate of installing a rear parking camera. There was only Jorge at the shop. There was no customer at the shop except me, but Jorge did not pay much attention the first time when I asked him if he could take care of my car. Later, I went to him and courteously asked him if he could take a look at my car, yet he still turned away and started to chat with someone he seemed to know. Objectively, this is not the right way of how you value your customers especially when a new customers approach to you shop. I don't know how your auto parts and services are in terms of quality and reliability, so I don't comment on them. Lastly, sorry you just lost a new customer that could turn to a loyal customer.

Got a quote, they cleared some airbag codes no charge during the diag on my XC90 and offered me a Cuban coffee when I was in the garage. These people treated me like family on the first time coming here.
