My husband and I lost my husbands sister in December of 2017. We had been made her dpoa while she was in the hospital. The hospice group that was helping with her care just befor her death had gotten a grant to help with the cost of her cremation. Instead of them giving the check to the family who took care of her and supported her for the last 6-7 years of her life they decided it was upon them to give the check to someone who had not even been in her life for several years. We received her cremains in a ziplock bag placed inside of a canvas bag with davis's funeral home name on it. They couldn't even respect our loved ones enough to place her remains in a box like they told us that they would. I will not now or ever refur anybody to this place!
