Tanya is an excellent lawyer.  My case was incredibly complex.  If you're looking for a therapist, don't use your lawyer!  Tanya advocated with excellence for my case.  She's a tough opponent in the courtroom too.

Tanya Davies is a very experienced, aggressive and competent family lawyer. She's tough as nails, she doesn't go easy on the other side and she plays to win. I'm so glad that I hired her and that she is on my side. Haha.  Tanya Davies was extremely dedicated to my case. She was always available to discuss problems that came up and I didn't have any trouble getting hold of her when I needed. If you need help with a divorce or family legal troubles, I highly recommend Tanya Davies.

Com art is and a fraud.  Thinks a father's rights are nonsense and silly.  If you have money she will work for you.  If you don't she is a con art is and a fraud.  Almost embarrassing for the human race.  In her defence it does cost a lot of money for those botox injections.

I greatly regret my decision in trusting Tanya Davies to represent me during my divorce case.  Ms. Davies proved to be extremely rude, incompetent, unprofessional and seemed more in favor of what was in the best interest of the opposition.  Ms. Davies incompetence was so severe that she failed to prepare anything for our Settlement Conference until after the deadline in which it was to be filed with the court .  Upon which a mere 2 pages of bullet notes were submitted as my full Settlement Conference Brief by Tanya.  
Ms. Davies claimed she would take care of my N.F.P. yet emailed me a blank financial statement to fill out a mere 4 hours before our court appearance.  Ms. Davies failed to mention numerous important facts regarding the conduct of my ex-wife including the  abuse our child were subjected to, discrepancies in the opposition's financial statement, as well as their allegations .  Once in the court room, I was basically left to represent myself.

Tanya was fired shortly after our court appearance and I requested my file be returned to me in which I was told I'd  have to wait a week in order to get it back.  Requests were made to leave it with her secretary yet she still failed to return it.  Once i was able to retreive my file there were documents missing from it.  When questioned about it, Tanya once again became extremely rude and defensive and stated she was now closing my file and archiving it and if i wanted anything from it i would have to pay her for it.

If there is ANYTHING positive that can come out of my horrific expereince with Tanya Davies is that i can perhaps save someone else from making the same mistake i did.  

Given how expensive Ms. Davies rates are,  and how little you get in return, one would be FAR better served going with a more competent and professional attorney.

I ended up unhappy about this lawyer. Our relationship started well with fancy offices and big meetings until the information I was given was proven incorrect via another lawyer and verified through case law. I recommend to keep looking.
