They did a wonderful job at preparing my sisters body, but the professionalism by a staff member at the actual services was unacceptable in my opinion.  When we first started preparing for her services one person was handling the business as the days went on another family member assumed responsibility for the finals arrangements and finiancial obligations and the funeral home was made aware of this change well at least we hoped ALL the staff members were brought up to speed on things.  Well I'll skip ahead during the services actually the reading of the obituary a staff member approached who she assumed was the person "in charge" and whispers "I'm sorry but we need to discuss final payment" and proceeds to hand over a receipt.  Not only was the timing off but her contact person was wrong and thank goodness for emotions the situation went with only the few close ppl sitting by observing and hearing the situation ... UNPROFESSIONALISM at its finest .... again they did a good job preparing the body but I advise shoooing around before deciding on ANY funeral home this situation made me look into the plan ahead plan BUT elsewhere ...
