If I could I would give this Funeral Home a - 10 or more I wouldn't even give them a star. The people there are so rude and they are very unprofessional. They do not treat your loved one's with respect and honor and dignity. When WE went to see our dad for the very last time to tell him that we love him My Little Sister Deanna, his Grandchildren,Great Grandchildren We were so upset and disgusted on how we had to see our dad for the last time. How Daddy looked and dressed or should I say not dressed. I hope that Wanda Gold Muncy and Lela Hensley was proud of themselves because they were the ones that took those NASTY CLOTHES for our Dad. No one else had a say on how our dad was to be treated. It was so DISGUSTING and SICK how Daddy was treated. I hope Wanda Gold Muncy & Lela Hensley ARE PROUD of how THEY HONORED OUR DAD IT WAS DISGUSTING. But for this Funeral Home to say they are professionals no they're not. They are rude disrespectful and treat your loved one's with so much DISRESPECT.. Please Don't Take Your Love Ones THERE if you love them.

Our experience was completely trouble free. Tyler was sensitive, respectful, accommodating and great to work with during a very tough time.

THIS IS THE WORSE FUNERAL PLACE EVER THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. NOBODY SHOULD GO THROUGH WHAT MY MOM IS GOING THROUGH NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE HER OWN FATHER. EVERYONE BE ADVISED DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY ARE A HORRIBLE SELF OWNED BUSINESS THAT SHOULD BE BURNED DOWN TO THE GROUND.

We have used this funeral home in Rosenberg for many years. The last years from 2015 till 2017 we have had 3 various funerals for family members and every time we appreciate their guidance and respect throughout the entire process.

Selling Cemetery lots--- I strongly agree this James person in charge needs to go....he told me would need lawyer and papers drawn up for this. I called the San Antonio coorperate office and this is not true. James is rude and a know it all and if he was doing the services there would be no further burials. The cemetery is trashey and all those old arrangements should be picked up instead of the ornaments loved ones leave...I agree if not for Tyler there would be no business - not at this location. James you need to resign and get out
